Listening to: Phantom of the Opera
The first time I went to my Therapist/Psychiatrist he says "Have you heard about the Make a Wish Foundation? ". I told him yes. Then he asked me "If you could make three wishes what would they be? ". I replied "I can't really think of anything. " In my head I was saying to always be loved, always be accepted, and have many friends. Just the other day I was in a session with my actual therapy Therapist and she says "When you first came here you wanted to kill yourself, you were saying you didn't want to be here, nobody loves me. The doctor asked you if you can make three wishes what would they be, and you didn't have any. Now if you had three wishes what are they? " I sat and thought for a second then replied, "I would want the ability to befriend any creature/animal, travel to any dimension like from any tv show or video game, and my final wish would be to sense love." She asked "What do you mean by sensing love?" "I want to be able to tell how much someone loves something whether it be living or not, because then you can tell how someone would react to what you did or did to someone or something," I answered. "Interesting," was her response, "ever since you first came here we could tell you saw the world differently and thought in a different way. Everyone has quirks but yours are special because you see the happier more loving side of life. We're not sure if this is from your traumatic childhood or not but, Sadie you are special. "
